Lately I’ve been trying to eat more plant based foods. It’s been a bit of a challenge I must confess. It’s not something I’m used to especially long term. But after reading and applying some of the lessons I learned in this amazing book, it makes sense to experiment further.
Planning ahead and researching recipes I like are two main things that are helping me stay a bit on track. There are so many delicious recipes that I really want to try. And I’m looking forward to it.
